多线程 的创建、启动、停止

在一些网页打开的过程中,当可能出现 a\b\c\d 4 种不同情况且当出现一种,其他情况就不出现的情景,这时候可以选择多线程,实时监控哪个情况出现,当出现处理该情况的逻辑,其余就停止掉
